FEED ROLLERS FOR SKIVING MACHINES
The stone feed rollers are manufactured according to precise criteria and equipped with self-lubricating bushes that guarantee reduced wear and greater machining precision.
Available in different grain sizes: grain 1, grain 2, grain 3, grain 4.
In addition to the traditional abrasive feed rollers, feed rollers in rubber (NBR), polyurethane
(Vulkollan ® type) for precision machining and heavy-duty steel are also available.

Cured NBR to be used for very accurate skiving on thin and deliecate workpieces such as nappa or goat. This type of skiving very often requires the presser foor to be very close to the roll (‘zero’ skiving). In this case any occasional contact with the roll makes.

Cured polyurethane is harded that the NBR feed roll so it grants more durability to perform the same skiving jobs.
